Dewitt Fence Company got its start around 1990, and we've been a fixture of the Lansing community ever since. What began as a local fence shop has grown into a full-service company that both sells fence materials to do-it-yourselfers and installs finished fences for homeowners and businesses throughout mid-Michigan.
We're family-run, and we like it that way. The same people who answer the phone are the ones who help you pick the right material, walk your property, and stand behind the finished job. From the folks in the shop, to the team in the office, to the installers out in the field, everyone here takes real pride in doing fence work the right way the first time.
Being local means we know mid-Michigan — the soil, the frost line, the winters, and the way a fence has to be built to hold up to all of it. We're fully insured and bondable, so whether it's a backyard privacy fence or a commercial security install, your project and your property are protected from start to finish.

Todd
Co-owner. Todd handles many of the on-site visits — measuring, talking through materials and styles, and putting together an accurate, no-surprises estimate for your project.
Kate
Co-owner. Kate keeps quotes, scheduling and customer questions moving so your project stays on track from the first call all the way through installation and follow-up.
